These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Fruit Slice Master (the "Developer", "we") governing your use of the Fruit Slice Master mobile arcade game and any related services (together, the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to play the App.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and the terms of your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works of the App except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.

3. Accounts & account security

The App uses a locally generated player ID and a nickname you choose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials tied to your device and for all activity under your player ID. Notify us at fruitemaster@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Virtual items & virtual currency

• Coins, Gems, and Points are virtual, in-game items with no monetary value.
• Points are virtual in-game rewards that can only be used within Fruit Slice Master (for example in the Premium Shop to unlock knives, cosmetics, upgrades, and power-ups). Points cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed outside the game.
• Virtual items cannot be sold, traded outside the App, gifted, or transferred between accounts.
• Virtual items are licensed, not sold. We may modify, remove, or reset virtual items at any time in our reasonable discretion, including to fix bugs or comply with law or platform policy.
• Virtual items have no value after account termination or after the App is discontinued.
• The App does not offer cash rewards, bank withdrawals, payouts, or any conversion of Points, Coins, or Gems into money.
• If paid in-app purchases are introduced in the future, they will be processed through the Google Play or Apple App Store billing systems and refunds will follow those platforms' policies.

5. Advertising

The App is supported by third-party advertising, primarily through Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads). Rewarded ads may grant in-game virtual items in exchange for watching a full video. Your interaction with ads is subject to the advertisers' own terms. 6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, emulators, modified clients, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
• Create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity to abuse online features.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App, its servers, or its security.
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights (e.g., in nicknames or support messages).
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
• Violate applicable laws, including export controls and sanctions programs.

Violations may result in warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of virtual items.

7. User content

Any content you submit (e.g., nickname, support message) grants us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use it solely to operate and improve the App. You represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including code, graphics, sound, art, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Availability, updates, and termination

• We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.
• We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms or if required by law or platform policy.
• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. You can also delete your data at any time — see the Delete Your Data page.

10. Privacy & data deletion

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You may delete your data at any time by using Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data in the App, by following the instructions on the Delete Your Data page, or by emailing fruitemaster@gmail.com.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHICH FOR MOST USERS IS ZERO) OR (B) TWENTY US DOLLARS ($20).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws grant you the right to file suit in your country of residence.

15. Google Play & Apple App Store

If you obtained the App through Google Play or the Apple App Store, you also agree to the applicable store terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the App or any claims related to it, but they are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these Terms against you as they relate to your license to use the App.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced in the App and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
